Meet Dr. Josh

Clinic Director and Co-Owner

Dr. Josh Madsen has studied hard and continues to grow and learn so as to best equip himself to better use functional neurology, chiropractic, and functional medicine to help children heal and have hope. He first received his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from University of Northern Iowa. He then went on to become a Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic. As he continued to learn more and grow his knowledge, he studied Neurodevelopmental Delays from Carrick Institute of Clinical Neuroscience and Rehabilitation, and Functional Neurology through Functional Neurology seminars, accredited through the National University of Health Sciences.

Meet Dr. Cody, DC

Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Cody J. Simpson is a passionate pediatric chiropractor, integrating functional neurology, chiropractic, and functional medicine to deliver the highest standard of care for children. Dedicated to helping families, he continuously pursues advanced training to deepen his understanding of child development and healing.

Dr. Simpson earned his undergraduate degree in Forensic Anthropology from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic, where he also served as a pediatric teaching assistant. He is currently advancing his skills with a fellowship in Functional Neurology and has received specialized training from the International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association (ICPA) and certifications in Pediatric Tonal and MC2 Techniques, as well as the Webster Technique for prenatal care.

Raised between Colorado and Wisconsin, Dr. Simpson’s background includes athleticism and a love for movement, having played rugby and trained at an Olympic Developmental Academy. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, soccer, and community involvement through youth coaching. Dr. Simpson is dedicated to helping children reach their potential through optimal health, movement, and nutrition.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Meet MattheW, MA, CCC-SLP

Speech-Language Pathologist

Matthew Klein is a dedicated speech-language pathologist who has focused his career on empowering individuals to find their optimal mode of communication. Passionate about working with AAC users and coaching families, he has supported patients in developing speech and language skills that enhance functional communication and quality of life.

Matthew holds a Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Northern Iowa. His education included rigorous clinical training in both pediatric and geriatric populations, across all domains of speech and language.

With five years of experience in middle and high school settings in Kansas and Minnesota, Matthew has extensive experience supporting neurodiverse learners with Autism, intellectual disabilities, Down Syndrome, fluency disorders, and social-pragmatic challenges.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys coaching cross-country at Wayzata Middle School, running, biking, exploring the Twin Cities, and engaging in youth church activities.

 
 
 
 

Meet KYRSTEN, MA, CCC-SLP

Speech Pathologist, Clinic Manager

Kyrsten Theodotou brings over thirteen years of experience as a speech-language pathologist in outpatient hospital settings, including Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, Hennepin Healthcare, and Masonic Children’s with MHealth Fairview. She specializes in early childhood speech and language evaluation, as well as feeding and swallowing interventions for children with complex medical needs, including those with rare genetic disorders, cardiac conditions, and NICU histories.

Her firsthand experience with Iowa Infinity’s transformative care model inspired Kyrsten to join the team as clinic manager for the new Infinity MN branch, bringing comprehensive developmental care to children in the Twin Cities. In addition to management, she provides speech-language and feeding interventions as needed, dedicated to helping each child reach their full potential.

In her free time, Kyrsten enjoys cooking, exploring holistic wellness, and spending time with her husband and four children.
