Meet Dr. Josh

Clinic Director and Co-Owner

Dr. Josh Madsen has studied hard and continues to grow and learn so as to best equip himself to better use functional neurology, chiropractic, and functional medicine to help children heal and have hope. He first received his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from University of Northern Iowa. He then went on to become a Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic. As he continued to learn more and grow his knowledge, he studied Neurodevelopmental Delays from Carrick Institute of Clinical Neuroscience and Rehabilitation, and Functional Neurology through Functional Neurology seminars, accredited through the National University of Health Sciences.

Meet Dr. Cody, DC

Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Cody J. Simpson is a passionate pediatric chiropractor, integrating functional neurology, chiropractic, and functional medicine to deliver the highest standard of care for children. Dedicated to helping families, he continuously pursues advanced training to deepen his understanding of child development and healing.

Dr. Simpson earned his undergraduate degree in Forensic Anthropology from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic, where he also served as a pediatric teaching assistant. He is currently advancing his skills with a fellowship in Functional Neurology and has received specialized training from the International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association (ICPA) and certifications in Pediatric Tonal and MC2 Techniques, as well as the Webster Technique for prenatal care.

Raised between Colorado and Wisconsin, Dr. Simpson’s background includes athleticism and a love for movement, having played rugby and trained at an Olympic Developmental Academy. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, soccer, and community involvement through youth coaching. Dr. Simpson is dedicated to helping children reach their potential through optimal health, movement, and nutrition.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Meet DR Ryan, DC

Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Ryan Nolte is dedicated to serving the expression of health through a blend of functional neurology, functional nutrition, and chiropractic. Taking a whole-person approach, he focuses on restoring balance between the brain and body to support long-term healing and development.

Dr. Ryan earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University and has advanced training in pediatric and prenatal care through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). He is also completing a fellowship in Functional Neurology and Functional Medicine, deepening his ability to serve children with complex neurological and developmental needs.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, kids, and dog. He enjoys hiking, playing basketball, and mountain biking. Dr. Ryan is passionate about walking alongside families to bring hope, healing, and growth to every child’s journey.

 
 
 
 

Meet DR JORDAN

Dr. Jordan Shilts brings a deep curiosity for how the brain heals, adapts, and reconnects to every session at Infinity Functional Neurology. His clinical approach blends science and art, with emphasis in hyperbaric oxygen therapy, mitochondrial optimization, and vestibular and cerebellar rehabilitation.

He’s driven by a fascination with the brain’s capacity for change and a belief that even the smallest improvements in function can create profound shifts in someone’s life. Jordan is equally passionate about innovation—constantly exploring clinical data and cutting-edge research to design tools and frameworks that lead to better outcomes for patients and families alike.

Outside the clinic, Jordan’s world revolves around his wife Natalie, their newborn Saint, and two miniature dachshunds. Whether it’s exploring new trails, golfing with friends and family, watching sporting events, discovering hidden coffee spots, or simply watching their baby take in the world, he brings the same sense of wonder and presence that defines his work.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Meet LiBby

Libby is a therapist at Infinity Neuromotor Development Center and a second-year kinesiology student at the University of Minnesota. With a background in gymnastics, coaching, and preschool education, she brings a strong foundation in movement and child development to her role.

Her experience as a gymnast and coach sparked a passion for rehabilitation and working with children. As a lead preschool teacher, Libby gained hands-on insight into early development and speech, deepening her commitment to holistic care.

At Infinity, Libby is learning to use therapeutic tools to support neuromotor development across all ages. She values the clinic’s interdisciplinary approach and is eager to grow her knowledge in functional neurology and the brain-body connection.

Outside of work, Libby enjoys weightlifting, yoga, racing side-by-side vehicles, and exploring Minnesota and Wisconsin state parks.

 
 
 
 

Meet MattheW, MA, CCC-SLP

Speech-Language Pathologist

Matthew Klein is a dedicated speech-language pathologist who has focused his career on empowering individuals to find their optimal mode of communication. Passionate about working with AAC users and coaching families, he has supported patients in developing speech and language skills that enhance functional communication and quality of life.

Matthew holds a Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Northern Iowa. His education included rigorous clinical training in both pediatric and geriatric populations, across all domains of speech and language.

With five years of experience in middle and high school settings in Kansas and Minnesota, Matthew has extensive experience supporting neurodiverse learners with Autism, intellectual disabilities, Down Syndrome, fluency disorders, and social-pragmatic challenges.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys coaching cross-country at Wayzata Middle School, running, biking, exploring the Twin Cities, and engaging in youth church activities.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Meet KYRSTEN, MA, CCC-SLP

Speech Pathologist, Clinic Manager

Kyrsten Theodotou brings over thirteen years of experience as a speech-language pathologist in outpatient hospital settings, including Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, Hennepin Healthcare, and Masonic Children’s with MHealth Fairview. She specializes in early childhood speech and language evaluation, as well as feeding and swallowing interventions for children with complex medical needs, including those with rare genetic disorders, cardiac conditions, and NICU histories.

Her firsthand experience with Iowa Infinity’s transformative care model inspired Kyrsten to join the team as clinic manager for the new Infinity MN branch, bringing comprehensive developmental care to children in the Twin Cities. In addition to management, she provides speech-language and feeding interventions as needed, dedicated to helping each child reach their full potential.

In her free time, Kyrsten enjoys cooking, exploring holistic wellness, and spending time with her husband and four children.

 
 
 
 

Meet MICHELLE

Michelle is eager to be a part of the Infinity MN team and comes from a background in Elementary Education with a minor in Early Childhood Development.  She taught in an elementary classroom for six years and was a private tutor for 18 years.  For the past nine years she has worked as a front desk receptionist and assisted with therapies at different chiropractic clinics.   

She enjoys meeting new people and helping others learn about functional medicine and holistic care.  

In her free time, Michelle enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, hiking, and spending time with family and friends. 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Meet DANA

Dana is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Counseling and Psychological Science. She understands the critical role of neurological wellness in fostering healing, regulation, and resilience. With a background as both a homeschool educator and a mental health technician at Fraser, Dana brings a unique, compassionate perspective to her work—recognizing and honoring the individual ways children experience, learn from, and interact with the world.

In Dana’s work with young people in various settings, including dance, movement, and physical fitness, she further strengthened her awareness of cognitive well-being and the mind-body connection. She is deeply committed to holistic, developmentally attuned approaches, and is enthusiastic about expanding her knowledge in functional neurology to enrich children’s lives through purposeful activities that incorporate creativity, engagement and fun.

During her free time, Dana is passionate about pursuing health and fitness. She also enjoys being involved at her church, spending time with family, exploring the outdoors, reading, running, strength training and the creative arts.

 
 
 
 

Meet JOANN

JoAnn joined the Infinity MN team in June.  She earned her degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Psychology. Her experiences include: elementary classroom teacher, gifted and talented teacher, para professional in middle school, working with students with special academic needs. She was also a substitute teacher for grades K-12 in Colorado.  She, her husband and two daughters spent 10 years in Aspen, CO before returning to Minnesota.

JoAnn has a strong passion and eagerness to continue to learn more about holistic and functional healthcare.

In her free time, JoAnn enjoys playing pickleball, yoga, walking and hiking in nature, downhill skiing and spending time with family and friends.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Meet FINN

Finn Wallace is a passionate visual storyteller who specializes in video work for Infinity. Finn has been working in video for 6 years, helping businesses and individuals share important stories and information with his talents. He was born and raised in Eagan, Minnesota and graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Visual Communications from Luther College. Finn loves to spend time in the gym and play sports, particularly Disc Golf and Volleyball, having started a club volleyball team and assistant coaching the Women's Volleyball team at Luther College. When he's not challenging his inner-athlete, Finn is dedicated to improving his creative eye and spends much of his time studying film and television.

 
 
 
 

Meet DANI

Dani is thrilled to join the Infinity MN team. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sports Public Relations and Marketing from the University of Northern Iowa and has experience working across multiple levels of athletics, including her current role with the Minnesota Timberwolves. Over the past three years, Dani has contributed to administration and marketing departments, where she developed strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. She is passionate about connecting with others and supporting the mission of Infinity MN through her professionalism and dedication to excellence.

Outside of work, Dani enjoys reading, watching documentaries, attending sporting events, and spending quality time with family and friends.
